No, AI credits do not carry over to the next month. However, you receive a fresh batch of credits at the start of each billing cycle.
AI credits are renewable on a monthly basis. At the beginning of each resetting cycle, you receive a new set of credits to use for text generation.

3. How do AI credits impact content optimization limits?

The use of AI credits for generating content with AI does not affect the Content writers limit. These are separate allocations for different functionalities.
AI credits are specifically designated for text generation with AI assistance and cannot be used for other functionalities within NeuronWriter.

4. How can I check my AI credit balance? Can I purchase additional AI credits if needed?

You can view your AI credit balance entering Profile details with your account settings, the icon in the top of the panel.
You may have the option to purchase additional AI credits if you require more than your monthly allocation. You can purchase them right next to the AI credit balance in the Profile details.
