What permissions can I give to team members when I share a project with them?

Can I specify which permission can have team members within a project?


Yes, when inviting team members, you can specify two types of permissions:

create new analyses within the project or not
manage integrations and content synchronization or not

To select a permission access with an team member, you can follow these steps:


In the Team Sharing dialog box select the permissions that you want to give the external user.
Enter the email address of the team member.
Click Share access.


What is the difference between "create new analyses within the project" and "manage integrations/content synchronization" permissions?


Permission of "Create new analyses within the project" allows team members to add or not add new analyses within a shared project.
Permission of "Manage integrations/content synchronization" enables them to manage or not manage integrations and content synchronization settings for the project.
