What permissions can I give to team members when I share a project with them?

Yes, when inviting team members, you can choose whether to grant them the ability to create new analyses or not and manage integrations/content synchronization or not.

To select a permission access with an team member, you can follow these steps:

In the Share dialog box:
Select the permissions that you want to give the external user:
- create new analyses within the project or not
- manage integrations/content synchronization or not
Enter the email address of the team member.
Click Share access.

What is the difference between "create new analyses within the project" and "manage integrations/content synchronization" permissions?


Granting "create new analyses within the project" permission allows team members to add and work on analyses within the shared project.
Granting "Manage integrations/content synchronization" permission enables them to manage integrations and content synchronization settings for the project.
